Ok I see. So then even though the Credit Report is showing the collection for the charge-off, technically it should not be on there because of the default from the original creditor. Now, what do I send out to this collection agency and credit bureaus to fix this? The NOTICE TO COLLECTION AGENCY
LAWS RULES AND CODES RE:SOL Letter from your site??
