So how does one opt out????? are there drawbacks to it? I've legally disputed some accounts. Credit companies ignored me and charged them off. The accounts have gone to numerous collectors. I've shut them all down with my dunning letter response. 1.5 years and nobody has sued...they just keep passing the charge off to another bottom feeder.
