Giove Law Office has called us everyday religiously telling my husband he needs to call "today" by 2:00 otherwise they will make a decision on his behalf, on this "pending legal matter". My husband asked for them to send proof that they are allowed to collect on this and they merely send a collection letter. He tells them to take him to court yet they still call daily asking for a call back!

How against the law is that!
