Chapter 7 bankrupcy is made for you. File bk and stop the law suit against you. Bk is a fresh start, and you need just that.

Notice that Tennessee is a Tenants by the Entirety state. That means that if you have a lot of equity in your home and these debts are in your name only, and the house in joint with a spouse, you can file individual bk and keep the house. Otherwise, it will depend on how much equity you have in the house.
