6 yr SOL..damn. someone will be along to help , at least to protect any assets you have, i wish you luck and always go down and see how to file a notice of appearance and at least make them fight ya for a judgement ..esp cap1 , who are jerks of the highest order. time is money to lawyers, stretch it out all you can,. demand every piece of evidence they have..

B and whychat, lady, know more about how to do the court things..im here for moral support :)..also check whychats links for your states exemptions..close any bank accounts you have..esp savings (should you be lucky to have any left)..if you dont show up, they win by default, and we dont ever want them to do that.
