Your acceptance of the OC offer to "update" your account changed the start of your SOL to the first delinquency that preceded the SECOND chargeoff.

The requirements for a written agreement to "re-age" the SOL are for "refinancing" etc. in debt consolidation or in settlement agreements.

An OC is allowed to re-age an account ( no more than twice).

HOWEVER!! You still may claim the earlier SOL starting date, because your last payment on a USEABLE account was the Month prior to your earlier "180 day late".

I suggest you use the SOL letter from my website, and use the first date.You can add, this phrase"any subsequent payments that may have been made were on a closed inactive account".
