yeah bob..i signed my kids first one..but not the others..they are just simply trying to scare anyone into paying. they are SOL. lol.. he isnt responsible. should they file..and up there they WILL..they have a great defense, the judge will totally laff and then he can turn around and sue for all kinds of goodies. and they tack on all kinds of crap with a defaulted lease...been there.
