since there isnt much they can go after here, the banks are their first place. and they can freeze them b4 they even file suit..if they can convince a judge you will hide assets. wrong, girl. sorry. even if they grab exempt assets..it will take months and fees to get that money back. dont chance it. even if you answer a summons, they can still take it with a judgement.
