rofl. they hire ,in my case, citizens of bombay who cant speak english..i think maybe they need a 3rd grade reading ability and a innate desire to hurt others ..low self esteem..no morality or souls..and probably set fires..wet the bed..and hurt animals. since actually there is a low percent in society of this type, they take whoever actually wants this job for minimum wage and commission off whoever they scare into paying. they have a huge turnover rate..and usually are very young people who need money and have no clue what their getting into, or maybe older and just paroled. the smart ones..like my daughter in law, went in to help people and left in a month..completely appalled.
