In house collections are the most professional. Banks often promote the jobs as an “entry” point to professional positions within the bank. They even get college grads.

Contingency collections are the minimum wage phone jockeys bouncing between jobs.

Bought debt… Now there is where you get the total package of degenerate psychopaths working completely on commission. They’ll do or say anything to steal money.
