Send them a limited cease and desist letter informing them that they are not to contact your grandparents or you by phone. All communication must be done in writing. Also get a PO Box and have your mail sent there. If you must call them, use a pay phone in a hotel. THey have computerized systems that keep records of the numbers you are calling from. WHatever you do, do not call them from a friend's phone, a cell phone, a family member's phone, or your place of work because they will call you back at that number they catch and unless you want them calling three to five times a week, don't give them your phone number. That is my opinion. Always be safe rather than sorry. By law they can only contact a person once for location information. After that, they cannot call again. Good luck.
