Ok...I did the optput thing last night for all derivations of my name and all phone numbers associated with both.

My fear being that if I have to settle or somehow pay the full or partial amount that word would not spread to other creditors that I had responded and resolved under court diress.

I also read last night that I should go to the local court clerk and file a "notice of appearance" and get some info on fileing an answer to the summons...tis I am not prepared for yet so I am going to try to get n extension until Late October for a court date. At least by that time I will be more informed or may be anle to come up with some cash.

Any thoughts from anyone is appreciated.
