Sherman Acquisitions/what to do next?

Sherman is making a mess on my credit report. They are listed 6 times on two charged off debts from 1998.
In February I sent them a letter to validate. No response.
In May, I sent them a letter that because they failed to validate I told them it was a violation to keep listing this on my credit report.
Checked my report again today, they are still listed.
What do I do next. I want to get rid of their name!
