Unpaid Overdraft???????? HELP!

Hi, I am currently 22yo. When I was 19 I got a checking account from CIBC bank with $500 overdraft protection. I stopped using the account with about $300 in unpaid overdraft protection left on it. Its been 2-3 years I have heard nothing from the bank in over 2 years. Im am applying for a new car loan so I want perfect credit. I did a credit check and my credit is rated at 761 FICO score which is not bad with no flaws and no evidence of unpaid overdraft. What happened to my unpaid overdraft? I owe $300
-no notices from the bank in 2 years
-still have flawless credit Did they write it off? or what happened?
