whychat has a link on repos. the laws they have to follow ...proof what they got on the car at auction...ect. check out the site. each state has its own laws ...look online also in your state..basically what they do is take the car..resell it..and you owe what the diff is between what you owed and what they got for it. demand all proof and amounts. its not the amount of the original note..its the diff in what it was vs proceeds of the sale.
