Who is Syncom?

No. Has anyone heard of Syncom out of Houston, Texas. I just last week recieved a collection notice from them for my BIL who does not live with us. His address became entwined with ours due to a loan my husband cosigned for and he defaulted on. As such, all of his creditors and collection agencies, including the IRS has been sending us notices. Since this is the most recent one to send a notice for my BIL at our address, I am thinking it might be them.

However I can't find any mention of Syncom out of Houston, Texas on the internet. It is as if they don't exist or they may be a brand new company or another company who recently changed their name.

Any feelers on them.
