things online have to be put there. some places simply dont put anything on the net. doesnt mean anything..could be a old company who simply doesnt go online. email the state and ask who they are and if they are bonded in texas. they will tell you who it is..or ask BBB, also..if its for your BIL..return it unopened stating ...no one at this address with this name.
