dunno but towing and storage is so much a mile..and so much a day. reallllly adds up. try hard to not let this happen, you will be out a fortune. here before its towed..they put a red tag on it to show its abandoned and fixin to be towed. but yeah, that sounds cheap to me considering charges i have seen. doesnt matter what the thing is worth..also here one cant park a non street- legal car on a public place. you do..you get towed off. sure they will come after you for the fees...its their job. lol. figure..how far it was towed..30 miles here is about 200$...say 800 divided by 24 months..thats cheap. 35$ a month or so...plus interest...not bad at all. since you were the owner, you would have been notified when it was sold..method of sell..(ie..scrap) and all involved in it. they dont just tow these junk cars for free, hon. lol.
