What State are YOU in?
Are the debts being reported n your credit report?
Your divorce has NOTHING to do with any liability you MIGHT have on any debts.

If you did not sign for any of these accounts, i.e. if you were an authorized user, you have NO obligation anyway.

Stop talking on the phone to this CA, if they have not sent you anything in writing they are already in violation.

Send the CA the dispute/cease and desist/validation letter from my website.

Opt out.
Get your former addresses deleted
Dispute any account on your credit report that you did NOT sign an application for.
