dunno bout the other but dispute it with the CRAs. they cant verify and should take it off. should it come back verified..demand all proof they received and dispute it with the court clerk. remind them reporting inaccurate info is against fed law. good luck. yeah, divorces..have nothing to do with responsibilty,, no matter how worded. i think your defense is in your werent but a AU on it and werent on the BK. remind the CA , they are in violation.
