You should have NO problem getting the erroneous "BK" reprt deleted, the CRA's just recently were hit with a BIG settlement fine from the FTC case against them for just such errors.

Opt Out, send cease and desist dispute validation letters to the CA's who are harrassing you.

If you get another tel. call, ask for the person's name, and advise them the call is being recorded for possible civil complaints and fraudulent harrassment charges.
