We live in Michigan.
CitiBank has hired a local attorney to sue.
Balance is $15,000
Last payment was Oct. 2003 We are freaked out, even though we knew it was coming.
They sent me a "file an answer" type of summons.
So is getting an attorney fast is our best bet?
We now have some money to settle but don't want
other CC's (4 total) to have extra ammo against us. Please help.
Any advice?
