the no call thing has to be in writing..CRRR, and if this is a OC,,it wont work. they can and will drive u batty. they must identify who they are tho. ..it can and will get worse..esp from OCs. use the address on the bill..but i dont think one can C and D a OC. plus they are adding on fees like you wouldnt believe..sorry about your business..be a little clearer on who is calling you, please?
