I need advise, my credit card acct has been sold to the above CA. the lady''very very rude one" has threatened to garnish my wages. i told her i can pay 30 bucks a month she said "keep your money and get ready to pay a lawyer 500 to keep ur wages from being garnished" she even hung up in my face when i protested saying this like i have a bad attitude and i need to check it..click,, QUESTION IS can the still
garnish if I am willing to pay something every month? I have pymt arr with student loans and its worked fine so far, am getting close to paying those off...ohhh pentagroup retards!!! crash craaash craaaaaaaaash into a ditch!
