If your "voluntary repo" included a waiver of your notice rights, then I can't help.

If, however, you did not get proper notices of the resale, and proper accounting of the deficiency, OR if you are in a State where a waiver of rights is not allowed, then go to my website, Repo-deficiency letter, read the supporting laws, check your State's laws, and if you are "in the clear" send the repo-deficiency letter out and stop paying.(This assumes you do not have a judgment or a consent judgment already)
