So you got the CA calling you all the time and it doesnt do your credit report any good. But say in three years you want to buy a house and you need to get these collection marks off the account. It really is a depressing situation, making me wish I just filed a BK last year as I settled with a couple of OC's. Now that money is just wasted since the CA marks are all over. Is it just not feasible to try to get in writing from the scumbags that they will delete the collection account and not sell the debt and then when they do you sue their pants off. I know getting them to actually agree to this would be impossible, but it really is a horrible situation.
