Thanks for posting that Andrea. The FTC does listen when they do this process.

FTC is an adminstrative agency that makes policy- law- through regulations. This is the first step in possibly creating new regulations.

It is called Notice and Comment. What you read at the site is the notice, and you are invited to comment.

They do listen and they do act upon what is said.

They don't get a lot of responses, so they pay attention to the ones they do get.

This is your chance to make a difference and possibly get some control over these private agencies that are ruining everyone's credit.
