i ave two credit debts worth about 20k that are 2 yrs old.
i have been getting letters about taking me to arbitration,ect.
my question whats the chance the collection agency wait for SOL? 50-50
They know about SOL if you didn't file bankruptcy why wouldn't they sue before SOL happens in your state.
