Mine is called stipulated judgement. Whychat is right, I pay on time and never miss a payment, the collection attorney still filed judgement against me in court. I am still paying right now. so that after finish paying, my CR will state pay as agree as agree in the SJ. Whychat, should we pay even the judgement is already entered?
