Actually, you can try to negotiate for a settlement, just be fair with your offer. With the judgment already in their favor, they don't HAVE to consider anything.

Do you work ? Are you in a state where they can garnish wages ? Do you have a house ? Do you have cash in the bank ??

If it looks like you have nothing they can take from you to get paid, they may be open to negotiation.
