lol..i figured that out. yep, judgements count on things changing and then they can get ya. the way you worded it..or how i read it..wasnt clear on that. sorry..but they are very individual situations..and usually count on someone having money or moving locales to collect. i just dont think one needs to hide or do BK...in most times..my daughter has 2 on her...nothing happened until someday they may want to buy a house...not happening soon for sure..but i didnt want just anyone thinkin they have to hide if they have a judgement or rush out to pay and not buy their meds...clearer? lol..prolly not..she ,my daughter, for instance in texas...nothing has happened with hers. they work..they have a car..and nothing has come up at all in 4 years. didnt want someone to freak..is all...not just that particular poster. :) there is life after judgements. unpaid ones, at that. :)
