This is a SCAM FRAUD !! They are oprating illegally.DO NOT talk to them DO NOT give them any bank information. The Ca SOL is 4 years for a credit card debt. Get your credit reports - Opt Out. If you go to the Ca. page linked below, you will find at the bottom of the page a link to a Ca. Consumer Lawyer.File a complaint with the Ca. Attorney General's Office and the FTC. There is a link onthe Ca.page to my HOME page where you will find instructions for Opt Out and a SOL letter to send to the CA IF they are reporting on yor credit eports or IF they give you their name & address( which I doubt, as these CROOKS usually demand a money order to a PO box or direct withdrawal from your account)
