ok, you will be SOL in oct of this year. your BK was not discharged..it was dismissed. diff. are you SURE they are suing? if so...answer!!! show up!!! they must use local lawyers..licensed in texas. must be in district court..not small claims. make them prove all..ownership..amounts..i doubt they have it since it sounds like they bought the debt. in tx..a 3rd party debt buyer is the same as a CA. make sure they are bonded to collect in tx..go to the tx AG site , it has the emails. and the phone numbers to call. let us know what you find out..who is the CA? i can look and see if they are listed or email for ya, if ya want. good luck! most is designed to scare you into paying. keep all your letters...etc for proof of any violations.
