My husband and I filed BK at the end of May 04. Most of the CC we filed on haven't been used since Oct 03, but we used his Sears card in Feb 04 because I was off of work for 2 months and we needed to pay some needed bills and we had to get a new stove because ours broke. I have heard that Sears can be horribly mean and ruthless. Will our using this CC in Feb hurt us filing BK?? I really need this to be over and hate the thought that maybe they can stop us from completing the BK. Also, what is the court hearing like that you have to go to with BK. I hate the legalities of everything and it has mean freakin. Thanks for any help :)
