no lien was placed on a home when judgement was rendered. This judgement was on both husband and wife and home is free of loans, other liens, etc. The home is in both names with tentants of entireties (virginia). Judgement shows on credit reports of both husband and wife. No wage garnishment - both totally disabled. Do creditors have to do something else to have judgements turned into liens on property?
