STOP COMMUNICATING WITH THE CAs. Change your phone number, even better put it in a different name so they will think you moved. They keep calling because they are using their tool, the phone. Take that tool away from them. IGNORE THEM. When the CA turns the account back to the CA it means that it is uncollectible. Eventually, the account will be sold to a CA. You are probably judgement proof. If they can't find attachable assets, not likely that they will sue. No guarantees though. Just sit tight and let the SOL run. I think you will be just fine.
