You'll get out cheaper by getting a good lawyer. Citi sues a lot of people, but only wins because of default judgements, or because people settle.

I'm not sure if it's CitiBank, or the bottom-feeding lawyers they use, but they are really bad with paperwork and presenting evidence. Even though they may have a perfectly good case against someone, they will likely taint it because they're trying to intimidate people into settling more than they are trying to win a court case.

If they sue you, they may cook the evidence, and provide affidavit's with obviously false statements. A good lawyer will attack them, and win your case.
