Well yes I often DO have an "attitude" as is well as described as "Grouchy" "Grumpy" and "Impatient", however in YOUR case I merely gave you some VERY good advice, based on the fact that MOST of the FCRA & FDCPA lawsuits undertaken are done pro-se and there are MANY MANY links on both the forums I suggested that give directions for filing, including samples, laws, case histories, and personal experiences of all the people who have "been their own lawyer".

Perhaps you should examine YOUR attitude.
