Thank you for the advice. I feel a lot better. One of the card that I was an authorized user on called me and threatened to go after my husbands half of the house. She said that because it was joint, they can go after his half if is name is on the morgage. I put the house in trust this week. Can they still try to do this if I put the house in trust? I also live in Illinois - which is not a community property state correct?
