Sears - Is this reaging?

I live in CA and the SOL for this account was 05/2003.

On my Experian report, Sears reports that they wrote off the account in 02/2000. They continue, however, to show Collection activity and a Balance history since 03/2002 to 04/2004.

Below is a cut and paste of the information:
