The person you think should "get a grip" has helped MANY people on this board, and other, to correct injustices. I am only ONE of them, but I can tell you that many of us have followed Why Chat's advice and EVEN gone into courtrooms to successfully defended ourselves with the knowledge Why Chat has given us. YOU'RE the one who need's to get a grip. You have a credit problem, not Why Chat. You've come to this board without the knowledge to fix your problem, but you have issues with the bearer of the knowledge. If you don't like the advice that is given on this board, then go find one that tells you what you WANT to hear instead of what you NEED TO KNOW. It's one thing to come off as an arrogant @$$ when you don't need help. It's something else when you have a problem and are asking for assistance but DON'T HAVE A CLUE!
