please dont worry on this. for one, its not your prob, its your dads. all CAs threaten and say ANYTHING they can to make someone pay. ignore them. good luck, hon. i have a friend who works for NCO and trust me..they are exactly like any other CA. or worse. lol. she does her best and is forbidden to post here anymore. NCO has been sued on violations before..add yours in the complaint files..maybe we can get them stopped. everything that guy did is illegal. everything.
