Cap One dillemma

I just won what I think was a big victory over Cap One......they sent me a letter saying they were having one of their tradelines deleted off my credit reports.....seems like they are actually following through on it too. (This was for an alleged debt they allegedly purchased). Now, my dilemma is, when I started disputing that, two other accounts that are legit that I actually did have with Cap One, and settled and closed over 4 years ago, they decided to start reporting 120 days late and of course keep verifying it with the CRA's. I'm itchin' to get them in court, but do you think I should let sleeping dogs lie? I kind of feel like they would look like total a$$es in court, but second opinions never hurt.
