Yes, these were both accounts I've had with Cap One in the past, they were both charged off, I settled with Cap One, accounts are closed and settled. Reason I'm wondering is I hear that they are doing this identical thing to tons of people and somewhere along the lines I read that it has something to do with the way EQ, EX, and TU allow the reporting.......that it can be closed and past due at the same time. Anyways, just wanted some input. I hate Cap One. I think Satan himself runs it.
