sorry, the credit cards were included in the
Chapter 13. I meant that the lawyer could have
got rid of them through a chapter 20 ( combo 7
and 13) but he didn't tell me about such a
thing. So the credit cards were included in the
september 1998 filing. They were later sold to
the CA.
