Does anyone know what kind of information is released when a prospective landlord runs a credit check when someone submits a rental application? I ask because last week I got back an Experian credit report after getting some correction fixed. I want to offer the landlord a copy of this report to see if I can bypass the $30 check check fee. If I give him this report, will I be showing him more than what he would see when he runs a credit check?

I have no negatives on my credit and live in California.
