I'm not sure how old you are but judging by your scheme you must be young. Your credit history will be ruined for years. Sure you might have a car free and clear and some other things but what happens if you lose your job, your car gets in a wreck, you need to rent an apartment, you get sick and try to apply for insurance, you need to buy a house, you apply for a job and they pull your credit history, you need a loan?

I'm also in Texas and I read that they can seize your bank accounts here without suing you so be careful.
