Just a couple things you might've missed. 1. The judgement can be renewed every 10 years, and I believe that it can stay on your report (I could be wrong - Anyone?) 2. You'll never get a mortgage on a home, or a decent refinance on an existing one with Judgements on your report. So good luck buying a home. 3. Your job - Crappy credit=crappy job for a lot of people (lot's of people here will support this). So, if you lose the job you have (if you even have one), you'll be frying fish sticks at Long John Silver's. 4. Health - Texas was the first state for Dr.'s to start pay websites they can use to background check people before they treat them. Eventually this will mean that if you have crappy credit, you'll only get a crappy Dr. (to treat your heart disease and obesity from all the Big Mac's you're gonna buy with your "winnings"- LOL!) 5. You probably will get sued by someone, and in TX they can use "Sewer service" to try you in court even if they can't serve you a summons. So, basically yes, you can do this. But it will probably come around to bite you later on, when you need it most.
