Moved from OH to MO-which SOL?

Suit has been filed against me on this cc debt. Which sol will apply? OH 4 yrs (lived in OH when account opened, payment missed, and when charge off occured) or MO 5yrs (moved here two years ago)? I know account was charged off in Dec 2000. Have no further info. Court papers have no documentation of anything other than a "statement" which says charge off date, amount and who sold the account (by the way, it has been sold twice). Also attched is the standard credit agreement info of the original holder. What do you think? By the way, where do I find info about doing an answer? I looked at Whychat's website but didn't see it. Thanks!
