Iam appealing a verdict for lack of validation,Plaintiff supported no evidence except for computer print out,NO SIGNATOR of any kind((( 1st Judge was an idiot)). My queston being can the plaintiff bring additional support to trial if he is able to locate a signed copy ? Because if I remember right no additional exhibits are to be added to an appeal.
